Oceanview House is a residential project in Mt Maunganui, New Zealand, designed around privacy, light and ocean views.

Designed while Stacey was working with Architecture Page Henderson.

A house on a sloping site with second storey ocean views in a busy part of town, where privacy was important. The design turns inward, with solid exterior walls wrapping a central atrium that brings light into the middle of the home. A floating cantilevered stair connects the levels.
